My research has won several awards including the Hogan Award for Personality and Work Performance from the Society for Industrial and Organizational Psychology, and International HRM Scholarly Achievement Award from the Academy of Management.

My work has been published in the Journal of Applied Psychology, Annual Review of Organizational Psychology and Organizational Behavior, the Personnel Psychology, and the Leadership Quarterly, and has also been covered in media outlets including the Economist, USA Today, the Telegraph, the Washington Post, and the South China Morning Post.

I am an associate editor for Journal of Occupational and Organizational Psychology, and a senior editor for Management and Organization Review (MOR). I have also been an editorial board member for a number of journals including Journal of Applied Psychology, Personnel Psychology, Journal of Management, Journal of Organizational Behavior, and Acta Psychologica Sinica. He is also a member of board of directors for Asian Academy of Management.
